Beth, Seersucker and Saddles

Beth is the beauty behind the blog Seersucker and Saddles.  Known for her love of color and her tomboy chic style, we could not wait to get her in this gorgeous blue jumpsuit. To deliver her signature edge, we paired it with our favorite faux-leather moto jacket and added our favorite leopard pumps for that pop of one of the season’s hottest patterns.

“The Indianapolis Symphony puts on an amazing holiday performance complete with dancing singing and the most beautiful music. We go every year and this outfit is PERFECT for that occasion. I love that the vibrant blue is an unexpected holiday color, but still very festive feeling.”

Beth’s family has a very unique tradition. Her husband is in healthcare and frequently has to be at work on Christmas Day. She and the kids stay in their pajamas all day and wait until Dad gets home to open presents and celebrate together. We are totally impressed with the willpower of Beth’s kids….and quite frankly her willpower to withstand the onslaught of questions about when they can open presents.

Margret, Style the Girl

Margret is the stunning face of Style the Girl, a fashion and lifestyle blog.  Her style is the perfect mix of feminine and flirty, while still being 100% comfortable – something we could all use some tips and tricks for when it comes to holiday dressing.

“I love this look because it combines three of my favorite things – flannel, lace and leopard. My go-to style for the holidays is casual, yet chic. The flannel dresses down the lace skirt and the leopard booties add the perfect unexpected pop.”

Growing up, Margret’s family divided and conquered holiday decorating – a great idea because you can have instant Christmas in your house all in one day!  Margret and her mom were in charge of decorating the tree and her dad and sister were responsible for decorating the house. This tradition is one that she carries on to this day. She is the chief tree-decorator in her house and can’t wait until her daughter is old enough to be her assistant.

Hollie, Hollie Elizabeth

If cozy, feminine style is what you long for, then Hollie Woodward is the girl for you. She is all about on-the-go pieces that can easily be dressed up or dressed down. Take the outfit she has on.  By adding the velvet leggings this look can easily be taken from your kid’s Christmas program to a gift exchange with your girlfriends. Finding those versatile pieces that make the most out of your wardrobe gives you solutions for multiple occasions.

“Pattern mixing is so hot right now and you definitely should not be afraid to try it out. If you are nervous, follow my lead and start by mixing a primary pattern with a smaller piece, like an accessory or shoe. I absolutely love this stripe and leopard print combination”

We all have our favorite Christmas dishes that remind us of the holidays, and Hollie’s family is no different. Maybe it is your mom’s famous dressing or your aunt’s Christmas cookies.  For Hollie and her family, it is her dad’s famous shrimp linguine. Not a dish you traditionally associate with the holidays, right? He only makes the dish once a year for Christmas and that makes it even more special.

Do you have any fun Christmas traditions that you look forward to every year?
